Every couple of weeks, developers will release updates for the different features/tools on your site. These will need to be updated on a monthly bases to maintain the integrity and function of your website. If these updates are ignored, your site will start experiencing issues and eventually stop working as it should or at all.

You have two options:

1. Make the updates yourself. Please log into your hosting first and back up the site as some updates will have glitches or elements that conflict and cause the site to go down. If that happens or feature stops working (i.e. buttons, payment, shopping cart, calendar) you will need to go back to your hosting and revert the site to the last save point. Then you will need to do a little troubleshooting to see which plugin is causing you grief.

2. Sign up for a Care Plan and let us make sure your site is always up to date and running as it should be.
